At our Irthlingborough practice, Tracey’s very experienced, friendly team consists of herself, Cheryl, Claire and Lisa. It’s thanks to working in a small team that we are able to develop close relationships with our clients, so we can really understand their visual needs and personal preferences.
We ensure that we are always up to date and operating a modern practice – it’s something we’re really proud of. We are equipped with an OCT scanner and offer our Full Digital Eye Examinations. This means we can detect, monitor or, if appropriate, refer for treatment very subtle eye conditions at the earliest possible moment in time.
We are delighted to offer Eyewear Styling consultations. We want you to look and feel fantastic in your glasses.

Meet the team
Tracey Bellamy - Optometrist
Tracey co-owns Bellamy Eyecare with her husband Alan, and is also our optometrist in the Irthlingborough practice. In her spare time Tracey likes travelling together with her husband Alan, and they especially enjoy walking and skiing up in the mountains.
Cheryl Scarborough - Optical Assstant
Cheryl is our most experienced Optical Assistant and is based at our Irthlingborough branch. She really enjoys being part of the team at Bellamy Eyecare and gets a lot of satisfaction when a patient leaves the practice feeling great in their new eyewear. And they can see better than before! In her spare time Cheryl likes to keep busy baking cakes for friends and family or going out for afternoon tea.
Lisa Lewis - Optical Assistant
As one of our Optical Assistants, Lisa really enjoys the fact that she gets to meet so many different people working here at Bellamy Eyecare. She spends a lot of time helping customers, or fitting glasses and making sure people leave happy. In her spare time Lisa is often very busy being a taxi to her children, running them to football and choir! She also likes upcycling furniture and other arts and craft projects after the kids are in bed.
Claire Duncan - Optical Assistant
Claire likes working at Bellamy Eyecare as she enjoys helping people and is passionate about great customer service. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, watching films and, when she gets a rare day off from the kids, doing arts and crafts.
